Social Enterprise London (SEL), the London equivalent of SEEE, have produced a report "The role of social enterprise in the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games" which may also be of interest to you.  SEL also produce an olympics newsletter, the first is available by clicking here, with details of how to subscribe contained in the newsletter.
