ACEVO have recently published a Interim report on Personalisation.  The report will provide you to more information about personalisation of public services, this was a special feature in our recently redesigned In Touch magazine.  (click here for the online version)

The Commission on Personalisation is looking at the various reforms underway to personalise services ( e.g. through individual budgets), what the third sector's contribution could be, what the implications are for the sector and what can be done to support the sector to seize the opportunities and address the challenges associated with personalisation.  The report and more information about the background to the work is available here.
