Benefits to you
When senior leaders and managers are busy day to day focussing on what they do, it is so important to take a moment for air. This is an opportunity to look up, and look back and forwards, for a moment in conjunction with colleagues from the Essex VCS. This masterclass will provide a platform for Trustees, CEOs, Directors and Managers to refresh their organisational strategy, partnership approach and business development plan. All attendees will receive a sample framework to use in their own organisations.
