The workshops are based on our Equality and Human Rights Framework - a digital toolkit. Using this resource, we will identify the various ways that equality and human rights can strengthen your organisation's mission and improve outcomes for the people you support.
It will include two workshops covering topics such as:
• Providing services
• Campaigning and policy work
• Fundraising and spending
• Employing people
• Working with volunteers
You will be encouraged to set objectives specific to your organisation and develop practical strategies to create change.
Ali Harris, Chief Executive of EDF, will lead the workshops. She has 20 years of leadership experience from organisations like Citizens Advice, Oxfam and Stonewall. She will provide expert guidance and facilitate a supportive environment for participants to share their experiences.
