Drawing upon national and local knowledge, the event offers organisations with a rural focus an opportunity to share ideas, good practice and challenges.

There will be a chance to learn about Big Lottery Fund's future funding portfolio, which puts people in the lead to use their local knowledge, strengths and assets to improve lives and communities.

Sector experts and local practitioners will lead discussion around the themes of:

  • tackling rural poverty,
  • maximising community resources, and
  • ensuring inclusive services.

A marketplace will also offer delegates the chance to network with other rural organisations and projects and develop valuable links.
