Why did you start your social enterprise/what motivates you and/or your team?
We are passionate about food. Food not only is an essential part of everyone's lives, it brings people together. We like to prepare food using fresh, nutritious ingredients.
What does 'success' look like for your social enterprise?
Happy customers, and happy trainees who progress into paid work.
What's been the most difficult thing about running your social enterprise?
Space to do everything we want!
What's been the most rewarding experience running your social enterprise?
Seeing people become productive members of society, move into work, move into accommodation. And the compliments we get from our customers.
